"ESM Shader Update" searches folders for existing entities or segments and extends them with the selected shaders, optionally it also allows to rename the textures (Texturname becomes Texturename_D2 and a Texturename_D copy is created) and to create a backup of the entities & segments. This allows to make all entities & segments shader-ready in one go, aven the _N & _I shader textures are automatically generated by the application!
