• As a content creator, can I edit the files I have uploaded?

  You may edit any of the files you have uploaded by creating a "Content Creator" account with the same email and display name you used when you uploaded your media. This will then give you access to edit any files that are uploaded under these details.

• You uploaded my media for me, now I need to edit it, what do I do?

  We will always use the email address from which we got permission to use the media and the display name you provided, please try those. If you still require help contact us.

• Someone has uploaded a file in my name, what can I do?

  Our system gives you full access to any files that have been uploaded under your display name, even if the email is not the same, this way you can control any media uploaded by someone pretending to be you. However if you still have an issue contact us.

• If I remove my media are the files deleted?

  Your data will not be deleted from our file system due to records keeping, however it will be hidden from public view and the file download link will be disabled.

• I cannot remember the email and display name I used?

  In this case please contact us and as long as you can prove you uploaded the file we will be happy to remind you.

• If I register as a contributor, will you spam my email address?

  We will never spam you, we will never give out your emails to anyone! You can rest assured we will never send you an email without you first agreeing we can send it.

• Can I donate?

  FPS Files will never request donations nor accept them, if you see anyone asking for donations on our behalf please report this to us. If you want to help support us then please use the site without ad block to we can benefit from our ad earnings.
